3 Simple Steps to Find Out Who Doesn't Follow You Back

Go to: instagram.com/download/request and log into your Instagram account. Click on Download your information.
Choose Download or transfer information → select your profile → Next.
Select Some of your information, scroll to Connections and check only Followers and Following.
Choose Download to device, format JSON, date range All time, and tap Create files.

Wait for the email from Instagram: "Your Meta information download is ready".
Open it and click Download Your Information.
Log in if needed and click Download on the page. Save the ZIP file to your device.
