3 Simple Steps to Find Out Who Doesn't Follow You Back
1. Request Your Data
- Go to: instagram.com/download/request and log into your Instagram account. Click on Download your information.
- Choose Download or transfer information → select your profile → Next.
- Select Some of your information, scroll to Connections and check only Followers and Following.
- Choose Download to device, format JSON, date range All time, and tap Create files.
2. Get the ZIP File
- Wait for the email from Instagram: "Your Meta information download is ready".
- Open it and click Download Your Information.
- Log in if needed and click Download on the page. Save the ZIP file to your device.
3. Upload & Discover
- Go to UnfollowsTracker.com and click Discover Unfollowers.
- Upload your ZIP file when prompted.
- Click again to launch the scan. All done locally, no data leaves your device.
